Originating from Taiwan also know as Jin Xuan tea. The taste is light, creamy, and flowery and sometimes compared to milk. This tea variety can be grown at higher altitudes.
The tea is a balled (jade) Oolong, made using the leaf shoots of the Jin Xuan cultivar that was developed in the 1970's by the Taiwan Tea Experiment station.
